I went back to working out after the birth of my son. It wasn’t long before I realized I had zero core strength. I was leaking when I was running and my pelvis hurt. A friend told me about Dr. Jamie and while I wasn’t sure I had the time to commit to pelvic floor PT, I decided to at least be evaluated. Dr. Jamie literally looked me over head to toe. She gave me a custom plan for my postpartum issues and even wrote workouts for me to do in the gym. After working with her I feel strong, am not leaking and not in pain anymore. Dr. Jamie is THE person to see if you have diastasis recti. I started working with her 2 years postpartum and only wish I had found her sooner.
