Are you experiencing pain or discomfort in pregnancy?

There are a wide variety of aches and pains that can occur in pregnancy. This can include pelvic pain, pubic symphysis pain, round ligament, hip or low back pain. However, you do not need to simply manage your pain during pregnancy. There are many things Dr. Jamie can do to help you have a comfortable and active pregnancy.

Dealing with bladder issues in pregnancy?

Bladder leakage and bladder urgency/frequency in pregnancy are common, but definitely not normal. Treatment for bladder problems is incredibly effective during pregnancy. It is important to resolve any bladder issues prior to delivery so they do not continue after birth.

Dr. Jamie is an expert in pregnancy fitness and can guide your current fitness plan, create an entire pregnancy fitness plan for you or help you with both so you feel confident and safe as you move your body.

Trying to prepare for a smooth delivery?

Dr. Jamie can help you with that too! She can teach you how to prepare your body for delivery, show you the best labor positions for your body, breath work and more to make sure you’re as confident as possible heading into your delivery.

What trimester should I start working with Dr. Jamie during pregnancy?

The earlier the better! If possible, Dr. Jamie likes to start working with women in the first trimester to prevent common pregnancy issues. But anytime you are ready, she is here for you!

Working with Dr. Jamie during my pregnancy was a blessing! I initially came to her for help with lower back pain, but little did I know she would help me with so much more! She monitored my pelvic floor and core my entire pregnancy so I could not only keep my pain at bay but assure me I was staying strong and exercising correctly.
