How this works:
After your evaluation, Dr. Jamie will determine if virtual programming is right for you. If you would benefit from virtual programming, she will talk with you about how that looks within your care plan.
Virtual programming is recommended for women who want to:
Strengthen and protect their pelvic floor and core during pregnancy
Prepare for labor and delivery
Return to exercise after delivery
Return to running postpartum
Strengthen their core and pelvic floor for performance like running or competition
Return to exercise after injury or pain
